Blatant disregard for the safety of the children. A member of staff gave my daughter a very severe concussion. This was because of his careless behavior, and to make the matter worse the rest of the staff just brushed off the injury, and discounted it as “just a headache” and forced her to play the rest of the games. Eventually, after a couple of hours of my daughter being confused, dizzy, nauseated, and having an intense migraine, they finally called me and I rushed her to the ER.
