Easy access from the LTVA. No shade or privacy, no cell signal, but you are on the waters edge. Fee structure is diff from the adjacent LTVA, $10 day use, $15 camp, $75 annual pass. All sites FCFS. Note that the North Shore camping area is a long rocky gravel road that climbs up and down to finally get to the shaded coves on the north shore, but as sites are FCFS so all the good ones may be taken. At least with the South Shore camp area you can look down from the LTVA above and check it out first!

This is such a nice place to visit. If your reading this then please, Stop throwing your trash on the ground. Even if it's not yours pick it up. One day when the area is closed because of knuckleheads polluting, riding in areas that are off limits then you can only blame yourself. PLEASE if you see someone doing something stupid report them, take pictures, tell the ranger!!! HAVE A NICE DAY! YOU BRING IT, YOU PACK IT OUT

Good place to camp, fishing, or boating. The water is deep and there are a couple of beaches where people can park vehicles on. Do not expect plenty of shades so bring plenty of umbrellas or sunscreen. Water color is the same as The Hulk. Have to pay a fee to access the parking and a permit to go boating, but not sure anyone enforce that. Really clean restrooms!!
