HUVAYDO HOTEL — Hotel in Tashkent

I stayed here because a tour company booked me with this hotel. It seemed nice at first, but I’ve had a few issues. First, they put me in a room with two twin beds. I called reception and asked for a queen bed, but they told me they were sold out for the night. Secondly, I had an issue with the room because it was warm 30C. I tried to turn on the AC, but it only stay the same temperature. I called reception to ask about the issue, but they told me they turned off the AC because it’s winter time. Furthermore, the room has no windows to the outside. Finally, they spoke to the manager and moved me to a room across the hallway with a window. It took them some time to figure things out though. It’s odd, because they initially told me there were no other rooms with a queen bed, but this new room had a queen bed. It was difficult communicating with staff because only one person spoke English (not docking points for this)- ultimately things worked out, but it was much more of a hassle than it...

The hotel was very clean, cozy, and had a modern look and feel. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were helpful and responsive throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience overall.||||The only downside is the location. While the hotel itself is great, there isn’t much to do within walking distance. You’ll need transport to reach areas with food, attractions, or other points of interest.||||Also, the breakfast selection was quite limited, with very little variety, which was a bit disappointing compared to the overall standard of the hotel.||||That said, if you don’t mind a short drive to get around, it’s a great...

Rooms are not done unless specifically requested. We stayed 6 days & breakfast needed some variations. While the market has awesome cheap fruits, none was available at breakfast.
