I stayed here because a tour company booked me with this hotel. It seemed nice at first, but I’ve had a few issues. First, they put me in a room with two twin beds. I called reception and asked for a queen bed, but they told me they were sold out for the night. Secondly, I had an issue with the room because it was warm 30C. I tried to turn on the AC, but it only stay the same temperature. I called reception to ask about the issue, but they told me they turned off the AC because it’s winter time. Furthermore, the room has no windows to the outside. Finally, they spoke to the manager and moved me to a room across the hallway with a window. It took them some time to figure things out though. It’s odd, because they initially told me there were no other rooms with a queen bed, but this new room had a queen bed. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience overall.||||The only downside is the location. While the hotel itself is great, there isn’t much to do within walking distance.
