This hotel is new so the rooms are pretty clean. Bathrooms are also very clean and good with fresh towels. Just need to be careful while handling taps or showers, you may get one in your hand. AC was good and bed were comfortable. Sleeoing quality was very good. Coming to food, breakfast was not good. Customer service and hospitality is far away for them to understand. All the staff are unprofessional and looks strangely. No one speaks english so difficult for us to communicate. There are good restaurants nearby like Peggy's, Behruz, Beer House etc. Wifi was free but Internet was not good. If the staff is trained properly about hospitality then it can be one of the best hotels...

The Manager was very helpful and friendly as well as the general staff. One of the receptionist asked us if we would like a tour of the city, he would be more than happy. The rooms were clean, smelling fresh and nicely serviced regularly. The hotel also serves very good wide range of various breakfast options. It's location is within short distance of major tourist attractions.
