Fabulous property: extremely welcoming, hospitable, highly professional team and receptionists are quite fluent in English & ready to assit in any possible way; nice, spacious, soundproof room with all the amenities; supercomfy bed, quite A/C, small but very useful fridge, free bottled water changed/replenished daily; amazing bathroom: spacious and well-equipped; an excellent courtyard with roses where one can bide one's time over tea or just meditating; breakfast deserves a specific pean: the chef/hostess Mrs. Dilya is a perfect embodiment of local hospitality and does magic every morning; plus, ready to help in whichever way, should you need an extra meal after the breakfast time. The location is great: situated on what the locals nickname the Drunken Street, the hotel boasts absolute safety, while plenty of eateries and bars can give one a one-stop-shop experience w/o leaving the neighborhood (a traditional local restaurant nearby is highly recommended). On the downside, there is no elevator, so climbing upstairs with a heavy bag can be a challenge; likewise, going to the car, one has to cross a courtyard with stairs, which is another challenge; the floor in the room is covered by a thick carpet, so one may find moth in the room, which is aminor drawback though.

Прожил в отеле несколько месяцев. Будет правда. Завтрак - привет расстройство. Продукты самые «не дорогие» часто в пирожках и омлетах остатки вчерашнего завтрака. Все коллеги после завтрака периодически испытывали боль в животе. Остерегайтесь салатов. Стирка…. Вы посмотрите где сушат вашу одежду.. не редко она падает с веревок и валяется на земле. Стиральки убитые и забивают по максимуму. Стирают на быстрой стирке и за это время то что в середине образно не успевает намокнуть. Если ваша одежда после стирки имеет не свежий запах - не удивляйтесь. После стирки вы должны спуститься в подвал и искать свои вещи в куче. В номер после стирки вещи не возвращают. Румсервис… когда закрались сомнения что белье не меняют я поставил метки и понял что постельное белье могут не менять полторы недели. Полотенца иногда могут иметь посторонние запахи (полотенце для ног имело аромат урины) . Не зависимо заполнен холодильник или нет днем выключают с розетки холодильник в целях экономии электричества. В один день кладут два мыла и и на следующий день могут забрать. Забывают ставить воду. Персонал.. периодически могут забыть что вы у них проживаете… или не продлят бронь и могут попросить переехать в соседний отель (одна звезда… с натяжкой две) на одну ночь и в итоге прожить там неделю. Регистрация… база с регистрацией может удалиться и при выселении в регистрации у вас пробел может быть в МЕСЯЦ и это ваши проблемы что вам скажут при вылете пограничники. Когда просишь письмо от отеля чтоб показать пограничникам - реакции 0.

Итог. Номера нормальные. Руководство халатное. Завтрак …… шлак( много не качественных и не свежих продуктов). Стирка …… плохая. Можно остановиться для романтических отношений на ночь или переночевать одну или две ночи. Если вам нужно жить долго - есть места в разы лучше. Рядом есть много мест где можно покушать. Но не у Лилии… еда из привокзалки(зато не дорого) есть места с классным шашлыком.

The washing machines are killed and clog up to the maximum. They wash on a quick wash and during this time what is in the middle does not have time to get wet, figuratively. If your clothes after washing have an unfresh smell - do not be surprised. After washing, you must go down to the basement and look for your things in a pile. Things are not returned to the room after washing. Room service ... when doubts crept in that the linen was not changed, I put marks and realized that the bed linen may not be changed for a week and a half. Towels can sometimes have foreign odors (the foot towel had the aroma of urine). Regardless of whether the refrigerator is full or not, during the day they unplug the refrigerator from the socket in order to save electricity. One day they put two soaps and the next day they can take them away. They forget to put water. The staff... periodically can forget that you are staying with them... or they will not extend the reservation and can ask you to move to a neighboring hotel (one star... at a stretch two) for one night and end up living there for a week. Registration... the database with registration can be deleted and when you check out, there can be a gap of a MONTH in your registration and it is your problem what the border guards will tell you upon departure. When you ask for a letter from the hotel to show to the border guards - there is 0 reaction.

Result. The rooms are normal. The management is negligent. Breakfast is... crap (a lot of low-quality and not fresh products). Laundry is... bad. You can stay for a romantic relationship for the night or spend one or two nights. If you need to live for a long time - there are many...

Overall experience was very good.

Whole site from lobby over rooms, bathrooms to (even) spa was neat tidy Employees ready to help you with any issue (speak english as well). 24/7 receptionist there for you. Comfortable beds, big bathrooms in italian style (nice showerheads). Beautiful front yard with traditional beds to lay on.

In the surrounding area of the hotel you can find several restaurants, bars / lounges.

Breakfest is diversified from sweet to savoury. They always ask you what you would like to drink when you arrive.
