GOLD BOUTIQUE HOTEL — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

I made a reservation a month ago for my girlfriend. I booked it under her name and it is supposed to be a sea view. When my gf tried to check in, there were 3 receptionist, 2 of them said they couldn’t find her name in the system until she told them my name then the other lady suddenly found her fullname in the system. My gf couldn’t show her the booking at the time, and they said the room I booked is no longer available, and gave her a different room with no balcony and no view. My gf later found the booking and confronted them, and suddenly they have a room. They even lied and said I originally booked a city view room but later on updated it to sea view, which was a lie, I never did that. They insisted that my gf and her friend need to go downstairs to give them the key room before they can give them the key for the new room. None of them helped with the luggage. The attitude is nowhere near professional. The room was ok but with this kind of customer service, I’ll do business...

Stayed here for 2 nights. Took us 20 minutes to get here from Da Nang airport. Got a nice spacious room with sea view. Hotel looks new and we had a very comfortable stay. Hotel is located 20 minutes ride to Linh Ung Pagoda and around 30 minutes to Ba Na Hills. If you intend to stay in Da Nang for a holiday, give yourself 4 to 5 days here. Staff are friendly. Room rate is reasonable and it includes breakfast. Just take note that it may get a little noisy at night as there seem to be a karaoke sessions nearby in the evenings. But after 11pm, they'll stop. Room was ok, the air con didn't work as should, you could cool down to 26C after whole night set on 18C. Pool is dirty and surrounding dangerous and totally destroyed. Don't get diarrhea because you get only 1 small roll of toilet paper on reception per room a day. In room is really loud, the window to the road feels like it's open also when it's closed. Noises from hall feels like they are in your room so when anyone talks or children scream/play on the hall you can't work from your room because all the noise...
