I stayed in 2 rooms starting from December 24, 2024 to January 09, 2025. 1 room was on the 5th floor and the 2nd room was on the 4th floor. I preferred the 4th floor overall because even though the 5th floor one was higher up and more spacious, it was also louder from the traffic noise outside. Both rooms had a decent view from the windows. Each room had a medium sized fridge, a desk, 2 included water bottles, 2 towels, multiple chairs, a king sized bed, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush & paste, a decent closet area, and more. On the 11th floor is a pool area which I’m not sure if it’s still in current use right now. There’s also a currently out of use mini bar. They’re was also a great area to walk a bit and see the views of Da Nang as you can see the Buddha, mountains, the ocean, the river, multiple bridges, far and close buildings, and way more. The front desk lady throughout my stay was extremely helpful and patient with me. I extended and booked another room multiple times and she showed me the other room I was staying at to make sure it was what I liked. The prices for what you get are also great. I booked on Agoda and each room was just USD $15 which I found to be great for the room size. Location is definitely farther from more active civilization/down town/tourist area so you might have to book a Grab to commute, rend a bike/motorcycle/car/, or walk a bit more. Overall, I’m pretty happy with my stay and would come back here in the future.

"enter at your own risk" This place is a set for a horror movie. I sleep in hostels and 1* all the times and I left at 11pm, losing 1300k VND ( £40)! That's how bad it is... The worst thing is the acoustic, I could hear people talking as if I had put a microphone next door, imagine if they have a kid and he is crying at all the hours... When I arrived, I heard the noises, but I tried to settle, have a shower... But it was crazy. I told reception about the issue and they kept saying "my type of room* is sold out. They made NO effort to solve the problem except for "we'll tell people to be quiet". Only after saying I would leave, they moved me to another room, which wasn't much better, with clanking noises coming from god knows where. In the end I thought my mental sanity needed better. Decor is dingy and gives you anxiety! Hard to describe even with photos... One thing I noticed, even the water in the shower somehow smelled! And if you think "it's a 5*, how bad can it be..." You're up for a surprise!!

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights. Given the price of the room and the kindness of the staff I was more than willing to leave a positive review, despite the place not being very well maintained. Unfortunately on my third night I woke up at 2 am with the sound and the sight of a RAT in my room (303) eating leftovers from the bin. This might be the reason why there’s a kitchen but you are not allowed to use it. Anyway, I turned on the light and the rat run to the toilet where apparently it came from. I called staff for help but they claimed they were fully booked and they could not provide an alternative solution. We inspected the bathroom and actually there was a huge hole over the door were possibly rats are coming down. I was denied any kind of refund/compensation and just offered 2 hours of late checkout which I refuse moving immediately to a nearby hotel. For the record, Agoda offered me to refund their commissions but banned my review on their platform. I refused and canceled my account.

This place made me wonder if I should stay longer in Vietnam or just finish my holidays here.

Location - terrible, taxi distance to everything. There are several abandoned buildings around the hotel. The view from second floor is poor. Hot water - none. If you have a shower, make it last only 1 minute. Good luck with that. Soap - no soap provided. Toilet paper - half roll provided. I didn’t even bother in asking for more. Bring some from another hotel. Towels - only two old towels provided (for two people) We had to ask for a change. The bath mat was no changed. Price - decent. We stayed only for 2 nights and paid less than 50 aus. I thought I was getting a great deal as I booked in the last minute. I felt scammed. I would never come back to this place. Breakfast - none. There is a breakfast area in level “L” but it’s closed since long time. Pool - seems to be nice, but the “bar pool area” looks abandoned. Room - it is big and spacious. It has kitchen and fridge (not functional). There is not a single pan to cook or microwave to warm up food. We left some food in the fridge and when we take it out the following day it was room temperature. Phone - doesn’t work. You need to go downstairs for service. Clean service - you need to let them know before 11 to clean your bedroom. Staff - I think they do what they can. They tried to be helpful. Use google translator for better communication (English is my second language too) TV - the only good thing I found in this place. Smart tv in...
