Phu Sy Toan — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

I booked 3 Deluxe Family Rooms for my cousin and her friends, who were travelling in Danang. I was delighted to book this property at the last minutes on April 28th, just before the big holiday in Vietnam. Careful I was to check all the information by calling the owner and was sent some photos of the room we were going to stay. They look exactly like the photos on Booking.com so even prices got a little bit higher (it said 550k per night online and 600k for the real room) I was still okay with it. Sadly, they gave us three totally different rooms, there were nothing is like anything in those photos. My cousin said that but I was busy to ask this property why there was the difference. They tried to find another better hotel and moved out in the next morning. Although making the phone to the owner and explain the situation, he still asked us to pay the commision for Booking.com. The prices on Booking.com was 550k per night, we still agreed to pay at price 600k per night but they asked more money, 720k for the commission and other 2 night room charges. I was trying to let them know that Booking might get 15% of the total commission, which means 82k, so we paid 600k was still okay. They have to have their responsibility for giving us the totally wrong type of room, so they better solve the problem with Booking.com not with us. The owner started to scream and yell out loud only made things worse. My cousin and her friends accepted to pay 1800k for one night and 720k for the commission but never for 2 more nights and immediately left the property. Tôi được một người bạn giới thiệu qua đây ở, tôi ở 3-4 ngày, lúc tôi đến xem phòng và tôi đang đi công việc thì lễ tân gọi điện cho tôi nhiều cuộc xem có lấy phòng ko, phòng thì giá rẻ thấy cũng ok, nhưng cách cô chú và phục vụ lại ko được như mong đợi, lúc thì lấy lí do này lí do kia để đuổi chúng tôi ra, chúng tôi đã thuê thì cái phòng đó là của chúng tôi ai dám đuổi khách ?? Bọn tôi ở lâu nên có giặt đồ phơi đồ mà phơi buổi tối ở dưới ko biết lí do gì sáng mai tôi lại thấy đồ gom lại và ủ ngay một cái ga lên đồ của bọn tôi. Nhân viên thì lúc nào cũng khó chịu, mặt ko đc niềm nở, nếu ai đến ăn ở phòng thì ko nên dùng dụng cụ của nhà nghỉ, chính mắt tôi chứng kiến có một cô lấy cái dẻ chùi rác lên rửa bát rồi rửa dao..... Tôi nói từng này nên mn cũng chú ý. Chủ nhà cần chúng tôi chứ chúng tôi chưa bao giờ...

Khách sạn cực kì tệ hại. Đặt phòng giá 400k mà giống như phòng nhà nghĩ nhỏ hẹp nằm không đủ 2 ngươi, bí bách chật chội, ông chủ thì xem khách ko ra gì, coi thường khách, .... không được cái gì cả. Viết hóa đơn khó khăn,.... không đáng 1 sao, nhưg...
