New to Bac NInh city and was not able to book hotels in the city center. Came upon Mandala Hotel and first impressions were positive as they were very responsive to my queries. Experience was even better when I got an introduction at check in, lobby was nice and clear and so was the rooms. It is a hotel attached to a residential condo like place. Staff are always courteous ensuring guests are welcome. Breakfast has a decent spread. There is a basic gym but good enough. Infinity pool on the 7th floor is very inviting but not when it's 19 degrees outside. There are marts just outside the area but not 24 hours. With a 20 minute (or less than 10 min cab ride) walk to the city centre there is Vincom Mall that's pretty decent with super market, restaurants, etc. Overall, Mandala Hotel contributed to my positive exoerience being in Bac Ninh. Will...
Read moreStayed here two times, first time for 1 week and second time for 2 weeks. Good hotel for official visit. Staff is very courteous. While care has been taken to provide food for people from all parts of the world the selection for Indians is very limited. Chef tried one of the recipe and made chicken curry for us and it was better than the one served earlier. I must thank him for this. I have asked them to add a few more Indian recipes like Biryani Daal etc to their menu to help travellers from India to have a comfortable stay and give a chance to people from other parts of the world a chance to try...

The windows do not block a lot of noise; I would prefer a higher room next time (not sure it would help though). There was a food court type thing outside my window, and the sound leaked through a lot until 11pm or so. I really REALLY wish I spoke there lingo, the food court looked like a lot of fun.
Everything else was consistent with a great hotel, especially the people; they always had a smile on their face and a...
