Update: IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP AND TERRIBLE hotel experience and incompetent management. My family stayed 1 night on 26/1/25 to rest during our long roadtrip. We arrived at 7pm and got room 1104, reeked of foul smell similar to cigarette smoke. Got moved to room 1110. The window didn't close, handle was broken, lots of road noise. Hotel reception sent technician to fix it while were out for dinner. We got back from dinner 9pm, my daughter stepped on a screw left by the technician, window still not fixed. I complained to the hotel manager. I asked hotel manager to check the room before relocating us again and he moved us to room 1112, again very cumbersome, we need to rest. 3am the window rattled and wind was hissing so loudly we counldn't sleep at all the whole night. Lots of road noise the whole night. Hotel manager explained it was due to windy season, complete nonsense excuse for for a 5 star hotel of terrible quality. Summary: terrible room noise, broken windows, cigarette smoke in rooms, negligent technician, incompetent management. I recommnend no one to stay here.

If you have the opportunity to travel across Vietnam, Muong Thanh hotels are frequently the most preferred choices for my family and me, provided that such a hotel system is available there. Needless to say about the room quality and service, as it is part of the Muong Thanh hotel chain, all are generally consistent. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and suitable for a comfortable stay. Almost all Muong Thanh hotels across Vietnam are centrally located within each city. Additionally, the breakfasts are served on a buffet basis, featuring a wide variety of dishes. All of the breakfasts are satisfactory. In addition to accommodation, the hotel services include a restaurant, spa, swimming pool, and playground for children. During the Tet Holiday, the weather was cold and windy, which prevented us from utilizing the swimming pool. The car park is spacious for accommodating vehicles. Lên Buôn Mê chơi thì biết ở đâu… Sau khi tham khảo 1 vòng qua các web du lịch về các khách sạn và homestay thì quyết định đặt phòng ở Ks 5 sao Mường Thanh Luxury Buôn Ma Thuột. Mình đặt phòng qua Trip.com, phòng King Deluxe, giá cho 1 đêm thứ 7 là 34$ đã bao gồm ăn sáng cho 2 người. Mình có alo cho ks xin nhận phòng sớm vì plan của mình bị thay đổi một chút, ks nói sẽ báo mình nếu có phòng sớm, mình chờ hoài mà hăm thấy nên đúng giờ tới nhận phòng! Các bạn lễ tân lại nói là có phòng sớm nhưng sợ mình đang đi chơi vui gọi làm phiền nên ko gọi! @.@ thôi kệ, có welcome drink nước thơm ép uống thơm thơm nên lên phòng thôi, có bell đưa lên phòng luôn nhé! Sảnh chính khá rộng rãi, có chậu lan trắng đẹp qtqđ, có Chàm lounge, có gift store và nhà hàng Dray sap nhé! Phòng King Deluxe mình nhận ở tầng 12, khá bất ngờ nhé! Phòng rất rộng rãi trải thảm gần hết phòng, bài trí khoa học và rất bắt mắt (như trong hình nhé). Cửa sổ kiếng rộng, có view siêu đẹp nhìn ra vòng xoay, cực đã luôn, buổi sáng hay tối đều đẹp, buổi tối lên đèn thì quá long lanh huyền ảo khi nhìn ra! Sofa nằm bên cửa sổ cũng cực êm, nằm mà ngắm ra ngoài thì mình nằm cả buổi! ^^ hệ thống đèn khoa học, đèn ngủ chỉnh tối sáng kết hợp với đèn đường hắt lên quá đã! Đồng hồ báo thức êm ko bị nghe tíc tắc như mấy ks khác! Mình siêu thích phòng nhé! Nhà vệ sinh tương đối rộng, có cả bồn tắm, nhưng thiếu sót là ko có phòng tắm đứng, ks dựng vách ngăn đứng chỗ bồn tắm nhưng khi tắm vẫn bị văng nước ra ngoài, và khi đứng trong bồn thì mình thấy khá nguy hiểm, vì ko biết té lúc nào đâu! __
