The room was comfortable, large, light and airy. Reasonable location near lots of local restaurants. Quiet. Efficient air-con although the remote didn't work. Smart TV that worked perfectly.||||On the downside, the hotel is not well signed and you have to enter via a coffee shop. The street on which the hotel is located is closed to traffic at peak hours, meaning your taxi has to drop you off at the end of the street leaving you to cart your heavy suitcases several hundred meters to the entrance.||There is an elevator/lift but ridiculously, only the owner is allowed to use it! There is no bell-boy, just a rather small woman who couldn't carry our suitcases up the stairs.||We felt pressurised on our last night, to nominate our departure time the next day, whereas being on holiday we planned to move on when we were ready at any time before the midday checkout.||The room was not cleaned nor the water bottles replenished during our 3 night stay. Trải nghiệm booking không mấy tốt đẹp. Mình lh trực tiếp đặt phòng trước 1 ngày, NV đã chốt booking và mình đã chuyển cọc cho home. Sáng ngày tới nơi mình có lh để hỗ trợ đặt xe máy và NV báo mình home đã hết phòng và booking của mình sẽ thông báo lại trước 12h, nếu ko sắp xếp dc thì hoàn cọc.
