​My recent stay at Muong Thanh Luxury Cao Bang was an absolutely delightful experience, one that truly elevated my visit to this beautiful city. The hotel itself is a beacon of modern comfort and luxury, with stunning city views, immaculate facilities, and all the amenities one could wish for, including a wonderful pool and excellent dining options. ​However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the extraordinary level of service provided by its dedicated staff. Their genuine warmth and professionalism created an atmosphere of pure hospitality from the moment I arrived until my departure. ​I must offer my most sincere and special thanks to four individuals whose efforts made my stay particularly seamless and memorable: Ms. Du , Mr. Thai, ​Ms. Dieu and Ms. Anh They exemplify what exceptional customer service means. Their warm welcome and genuine appreciation for my patronage were evident in every interaction. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, anticipate my needs, and facilitate every service request I had. Any minor queries or requirements were addressed swiftly, efficiently, and with a sincere smile. ​The ease with which all services were arranged, combined with their continuous display of respect and high regard, transformed what would have been a great stay into a truly outstanding one. I stayed in the hotel the night of June 2, 2025 after a wonderful trip on the HaGiang Loop and to the Ban Gioc waterfall. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is ok. The room has a mini bar. İn it were a soda, a beer, an energy drink and a bottle of water. In the room by the coffee pot were two bottles of water. I put one of them in the mini bar and did not again open it. With the other, I made coffee. I paid the 1,470,000 fee for the room in cash and the 470,000 charge for dinner in cash. When I checked out I waited for the bus to take me to Hanoi from Cao BAng but suddenly the front desk falsely claimed I had removed a bottle of water from the mini bar and demanded 10,000 VND (40 cents USA) before I could go. It was not only embarrassing, it delayed the bus. Unacceptable!

J’ai voyagé seul au Vietnam, j’ai été dans cet hôtel après les inondations. Je peux vous dire sans crainte, que cet hôtel est à la hauteur de toutes les demandes. Honnêteté et sincérité sont les maitres mots. Ils offrent également une personne de référence pour vous proposer des activités. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien. La bienveillance des lieux était vraiment très agréable. Le personnel prend en compte vos demandes et vos besoins. Et feront leur possible pour y répondre.

Je vous conseille cet hôtel car il m’a donné envie de retourner au Vietnam et envie de découvrir plus. La ville de Cao Bang est une ville très sécurisée. Elle vous invite à casser vos stéréotypes et vous rendre compte de la vraie valeur des Vietnamiens.

Les propositions des activités de l’hôtel sont réfléchies et elles prennent en considération vos capacités physiques.

Je me suis débrouillé sans problème avec mon fauteuil roulant et mes béquilles.

Je remercie l’hôtel pour leur professionnalisme et leur qualité de travail. Et je remercie particulièrement ma personne de contact qui a rendu mon passage dans cet hôtel agréable.

Un pays où l’honnêteté et la gentillesse sont naturelles. Des personnes très humbles et travailleuses. Une belle leçon de vie.
