Lalaland Homestay — Hotel in Da Lat City

We spent here two nights. This homestay was chosen because of the decoration which was indeed nice. The location seemed nice and quiet but unfortunately the construction site nextdoor made it impossible to sleep after 7 am. This could have been less annoying if there was any kind of insulation but iron frames without even windows did not help at all. The rooms were dirty (we had to sleep in our sleeping bags) l, the beds very hard and the construction really poor. The reception would seem to get irritated when they would not understand english. We were told that pick up to the bus station would arrive at 10 am but at 9 we were told that in five minutes the bus will be there. As a result we did not have time for breakfast but at least we were given 2 sandwiches. The transfer finally did not stop/wait for us even though we were waiting at the reception. Had to take a taxi and share the the payment with the homestay as if it was our fault. Not very happy with this experience but younger guests, speaking vietnamese and in groups would...

This place is amazing! The architecture and the design are inspiring. If you can’t stay at Lalaland you have at least to go there to have a coffee or juice and look around. There is no other place like this in Da Lat. It is indeed far away from the city but if you don’t mind taking a cap it doesn’t matter. We stayed in the dorm room which was beautiful but unfortunately rather noisy. We don’t know about the other rooms but I guess there are rooms which are more silent and where you can have more privacy. The hosts are all very young and nice and they seemed to have a good time there what makes you feel even more comfortable. Make sure to cuddle the cute sheep and the 3 cats when you are there. Điểm cộng: View thoáng đãng, không gian mát mẻ, cảm giác khá trong lành Phòng decor khá vintage, bên dưới mình chụp ảnh phòng Room G đồ uống ở đây cũng khá ngon. Có con chó tên Lạc Lạc và con mèo tên gì ko biết, thấy mình vuốt ve cái là sán vô như thân lắm :)) buổi tối có thể ngắm bầu trời sao :))~

Điểm trừ: Hơi xa trung tâm, xung quanh ít quán ăn, đến bữa vẫn phải phi vào trung tâm. Trong phòng rất ít móc treo đồ, không có tủ áo, ko có kệ hành lý, mới vào thấy phòng khá đẹp, nhưng ko có chỗ để đồ nên 5 phút sau thành ổ chuột. Phòng được trang trí bằng cửa kính, cửa chớp, điều này mang lại vẻ đẹp và thoáng, nhưng lại đánh mất sự riêng tư, lúc nào cũng phải soi xem rèm kéo đã kín chưa, có hở ko trong khi lớp rèm khá mỏng, có thể nhìn thấy lờ mờ khi buổi tối bật đèn. Và những ô cửa sổ chớp khiến cho ban đêm trong phòng trở nên lạnh hơn. Sàn đc làm bằng gỗ, phòng bên đi lại nhẹ nhàng thôi cũng khiến phòng mình rung hết cả giường. tường thạch cao nên gần như không cách âm. mùi tinh dầu thơm khiến vc mình ko thoải mái lắm.
