I have a very pleasant stay. Arrived on a Saturday and left Monday morning. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Water is hot and has good pressure. Beds are a little hard but I still found it comfortable.

Regarding noise, there are signs on the rooms asking people to be considerate with making sounds since the walls are made of wood (only) and you hear your neighbours very clearly when talking/snoring/listening to music. Regarding noise from the courtyard, the family (+guests) were socialising loudly outside both days until 10/10:30pm. If you are OK with going to sleep at that time, then it’s completely fine. I think they actively try and bring the volume down by that time.

During the day, the place is very quiet and pleasant. There is hot water and drinking water provided next to the kitchen. Also had dinner there both days and the food was amazing. Paid 390VND per night and 70VND for...

I had the most amazing night here as a solo traveler! I randomly drove up after a long day on the bike and they welcomed me in without a prior reservation , the room was so nice and clean- brand new and smelled of fresh cedar. I ate an amazing family dinner with their family and friends and we sang karaoke and sipped beers for hours. We bonded over google translate and the language barrier was not an issue. The most gracious and warm hearted people run this home stay. I cannot recommend staying here enough. The price is very reasonable, great coffee and breakfast in the morning included. Do yourself a favor and stay here for an amazing local culture experience and comfortable...

Worst homestay we ever stayed in. Unhappy place!!! The rude owner immediately spoiled our experience by giving us overcharged room rates from the moment we got there. After 8 hours on the bike: no welcome, no empathy just wanting money money and 30 min discussion... Only went downhill during dinner (leftovers from other tables for 100000 a person NO socializing) and sleep time (extremely moldy rooms barely breathable). Better off spending your money elsewhere. Awful experience! Dirty bathrooms with no toilet...

Very nice and cute place. Room was very clean, very peaceful and had everything we needed. Saw a lot of people complaining about noise, but we stayed on a Friday night and had no problem at all. A lot of work went into this place and it definitely shows - very nice and cool place to stay. 10/10
