Lake House Ha Giang (Home stay and private tour) — Hotel in Hà Giang

This is worst experience in my 3 times Vietnam trips. When I arrived this home stay at 15:30 as I sent message them as my check in time 15:00-16:00. Seems nobody there, but one Vietnamese lady came out from a house but she ignored me at all. My driver helped me to make a call to owner who was not there, then I explained situation that “I would like to check in but a lady do nothing to me, what should I do for check in? Or should I cancel? “ Owner said “yeah, yeah,yeah” with allowance voice. I still don’t understand what I did wrong? I had to find new place to stay immediately.

If you are fortunate enough to book this place, please do. One of its kind in the area (if not the entire region). This was one of the first places we stayed at in hadhang and you will be surprised. The rooms are incredible and advanced. They have everything you get in the modern hotel. It’s a family run business so that makes the food extremely good. And the owner is extremely helpful and very wise. We went to the neighbors house and had rice wine while we bonded.
