Happy House's Ms. Loan — Hotel in Hà Nội

We needed a night near the bus station and to do our laundry. Happy House was perfect. Ms Loan met us at the entrance and showed us round using Google translate. The front door operates using a thumb print which was super easy. She is very kind and sweet and wanted to make sure everything was ok for us. We had booked the studio but she upgraded us to the apartment. The apartment was mostly clean, a bit of dust on light fittings but the sheets and towels were clean and comfortable. And the fact we managed to get all our washing clean and dry in one night was amazing. Thank you to Ms Loan for our last minute booking. We would happily book again for more nights if we were in the area as it was quiet and amazing to have an entire apartment...
