Our family booked 1room and wanted to stay tgt for 3person. Unfortunately, they didn’t allow us to stay x3 pax in one room even though we are ok to pay extra. They gave us 4person room and asked for 700,000 extra dong for 1night + what we paid at previous booking which is very expensive. The staff from reception counter do not speak English and he can’t use English translation app as well. The staff used vietnam to chinese app but we can’t speak Chinese so it was very troublesome to communicate with them. Some more, we was late to check out for about 2-3hrs and we need to pay for extra 1090,000 dong for late check out. We have traveled to Vietnam and stayed many hotels but none of them were like that.
