New Amely Hotel — Hotel in Hà Nội

If you don't care so much about quality and just want a clean room, this is sufficient. (I guess) The location was confusing even to the local Grab drivers. The staff was very friendly and easy to communicate. However, maybe we were cursed so everything was broken.

The AC leakage water was flooding the room. The socket to insert your room card so your room has power is basically a USB socket (not literally) because we had to insert so many times and try different angle? and speed, or do it very aggressively to get it to detect the card. The door didn't close. It stays like what's in the photo. The bathroom door was wonky and kept swinging open so we tried to close it with force, and one of us ended up getting locked inside cuz the door was stuck. Luckily we traveled in group so someone was able to ask for help from the reception and they came to our rescue. They seemed like they were very used to this kind of situation. We didn't have blankets, they were just blanket covers so they were super thin and weird to use as a blanket. It was truly mysterious experience. (see photo) We stayed for multiple days and they don't always clean the room, if you want the room to be cleaned you have to tell the reception. Also, when they did come in to clean they didn't always refill stuff, including the toilet paper and drinking water. They also didn't dump the trash for two days when it was full. The reception was so nice to let us use the amenities in the dining area, like the oven and microwave, but nothing was working 🫠.

I often travel to Ha Noi for business trip. I am lucky to find out this Hotel near my office. It just takes 10 minutes from Amely to my company. Good location ản quiet room. They serve good breakfast and the staff is very helpful. The reception is 24 hours. I go out and come back anytime. They are still there with very nice smile. I feel safe and like home to stay here. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you for all staffs being very nice in 3 moths stay there. I will stay here...

Especially I had helped from employee who is Hang Pham, she was willing to be my friend||I stayed here for 4 days and loved it. all the hotel staffs are very kindness and especially staffs was willing to be may friend and guide always.
