Gold Mark Halong — Hotel in Hạ Long City

Let me be honest I didnt stay in the hotel We missed our bus which stops near the hotel. The staff of the hotel are some of the nicest people i have ever met. The receptionist who i sadly didnt get her name, made calls for us, booked us another transfer. They also allowed us to stay in the reception area, use the toilet, drink water and didnt say a word about our noisy kids. Thanks alot. A three star hotel, but with a nice facilities! They have an elevator and the restaurant for breakfast on the 10th floor. The staff are friendly. There is only two of them could speak English, but not the one at the night shift.

It is located at the Fish Pond which is about 2.5km to the center of the city. There is not ATMs and a lot of restaurants close by. However, there is a local restaurant nearby at the corner on the left...
