Very pleasant stay at the harmony hotel in hạ Long city. For the low price you pay you will get a luxurious room with a beautiful clean room and very satisfying bathroom along with a balcony over looking the quiet street below. The room includes a smart tv you can stream YouTube videos from your phone onto and a kettle with coffee and tea, along with bottled water. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything during my stay, even helped me when a taxi driver tried to rip me off on my arrival.
