IRIS Hotel Hai Phong — Hotel in Hải Phòng

ATTENTION! Be prepared for the fact that the photo will be a deception and you will not get what you paid for!!! Most of the rooms have no windows!!! After sleeping in this room, we both had headaches! We chose this hotel and after we drove 300 kilometers, at first there was a disgusting meeting at the reception - the guy talked down to them, they answered the question as if we were annoying them ((. Then we were shocked by the fact that the room had no windows (clearance into the shaft cannot be counted as a window). In the evening we no longer had the strength to decide anything, but in the morning we woke up with a headache and did not rest at all - this is impossible in a room without light! There are a lot of good hotels around, but unfortunately we chose this one (( (This is the worst hotel experience of 2 weeks of vacation in this beautiful country!! Be careful and check what they give you, because no one warns you about this...

We stayed at the room 805 for 4 nights. It is super spacious and has a nice view, overlooking a peaceful neighborhood. The hotel was new and clean, having modern architecture. They don't have many staff but all of them are really helpful and friendly. The room rate is really good compared to its quality. My American friend was extremely satisfied with the stay. The location is convenient because it is in the middle of many main sites: Airport, city center, Aeon mall. We will go back...
