Really sweet family hosted us here! We booked the "ocean view" room as the cheaper room was booked - there was, however no "view"... it was just facing in the direction of the ocean is all, so not worth the extra cost. They let us check in REALLY early when we first got off the boat around 10:30am which was soooo sweet! We were so tired from getting up early and really appreciated the early check-in. The room included a basic Banh Mi breakfast & coffee. In general we didn't feel like it was worth it to stay overnight on Cham Island though. There were no good restaurant and bar options when we visited, just some basic options at the various homestays around the pier. Stayed here twice on our visit to Cham, the owner and her mother are so friendly and helpful. Our other Airbnb fell through and we were able to get a room here very last minute with no problem. The rooms are comfortable and clean and a handy 1 minute walk from the harbour front. Has everything you need for a fantastic stay and can rent snorkelling masks too....
