Chúng tôi đặt phòng tại Mai Châu Moment vào tuần 20–21/9/2025 và đã đặt cọc trước 50%. Gần sát ngày đi, chủ homestay tên Bình gọi điện thông báo có sạt lở, khuyên nên hoãn chuyến đi hoặc nhận lại tiền cọc. Tin vào sự nhiệt tình và thiện chí ban đầu, chúng tôi quyết định hoãn. Tuy nhiên, thật thất vọng khi sau đó phát hiện homestay vẫn tiếp đoàn khách khác khá đông đúng vào dịp đó. Chúng tôi cảm thấy bị lừa dối và thiếu tôn trọng. Khi yêu cầu hoàn lại tiền cọc, anh Bình ban đầu nói sẽ chuyển luôn nhưng lại không thực hiện. Sau đó, anh Bình không trả lời tin nhắn hoặc khất lần trong cuộc gọi, dù chúng tôi đã nhiều lần nhắc nhở. Mãi sau khoảng 10 ngày kiên trì liên hệ, chúng tôi mới nhận lại được tiền cọc. Trải nghiệm bực bội và mất thời gian. Chúng tôi đánh giá 1 sao cho sự thiếu trung thực, không chuyên nghiệp và thái độ thiếu trách nhiệm từ phía chủ homestay. Rất tiếc vì phải để lại phản hồi như vậy, nhưng hy vọng sẽ giúp người khác cân nhắc kỹ trước khi đặt phòng tại đây.

We booked a stay at Mai Châu Moment for the weekend of September 20–21, 2025, and paid a 50% deposit in advance. A few days before our trip, the host, Mr. Bình, called to say there had been a landslide and advised us not to come during that time. He offered to either reschedule or refund the deposit. Trusting his sincerity, we decided to postpone our trip. However, we were very disappointed to later see photos showing that the homestay had welcomed a large group of guests on the exact dates we had booked. Feeling misled and deceived, we asked Mr. Bình to return our deposit. He said he would transfer it right away but didn’t follow through. Despite multiple reminders via messages and calls, he kept delaying or did not respond at all. After approx 10 days of repeated follow-ups, we finally received our deposit back. It was an extremely frustrating and time-wasting experience. We are giving 1 star due to the host’s lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and unreliability. In two days and one night I spent in this place, the only thing that left in my mind is satisfaction. At the very first glance, I was impressed by the decoration and organization at such a high standard. This destination not only provides private rooms for 2-5 people but also large wooden lounges for up to 30-member group. Beside of the wonderful scenery and exciting location, the service here is quite cheerful with reasonable prices for the local cuisines and tidied-space. Highly recommended.
