Anh Anh Hotel — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Upon arrival I was give the key to a shabby room with no linen on the bed. The pillows were bursting out of their covers. The TV did not work, there was a leak coming out of the sink which flooded the bathroom floor. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

I asked for another room and they gave me a room with bed linen at least. Me and my partner came back to the hotel at 10:00 p.m. and asked for water, I took two bottles out of the fridge expecting to be asked to pay for them, but the receptionist just waved us on, making me think that the water was gratis. Upon paying for the room the next morning I found out that the bottles of water were Đ25,000 each, when we could have bought two bottles for Đ10,000 next door.

I understand that this was a basic Hotel but this was really the pits....

This has to be one of the worst hotels in the world. We booked it because they said it’s next to the Airport, but the main entrance is still 8km away….||We checked in and everything was extreme dirty. Cockroaches everywhere, mustiness on the walls. Dirty bed…||We doubt no second and went to the front-desk to tell we are not going to sleep here. The 2 Guys just laughed a bit and promised to send the money back to our CC, but...

Receptionist asked for more money and didn’t give any receipts! The room was very unclean and old bed! There was condoms on the table, handy for some I guess! however there were open condoms in the bin, that’s not hygienic !!! Very unpleasant stay!!! Only stayed for a few hours, leaky toilet…from the airport...
