Hoang Anh Star Hotel — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

We used to stay here often, but the service became too poor to continue. This is unfortunate because it is in an ideal location for us.

They "count" all of the food and coffee items and always come up with a list that is more than we used. We even tested this by not using anything and they insisted we did.

The final straw was that they did not have any hot water last time we stayed. They acted like hot water was a privilege and is not expected. We noticed that more and more attractive women, who wear few clothes are showing up for an hour or so and then leaving. I think that we are not the intended consumer...

😊: The hotel staff was very pleasant.. 😢: My computer box exploded due to the inadequacy of the hotel electricity. The repair shop confirmed that all components got irreparably damaged, so I have lost a computer worth...
