Worst hotel out of the 8 hotels we stayed during our 3 weeks south to north Vietnam tour. Worst because it was the most expensive and least comfortable. There was no air conditioner in the lobby nor elevator. When asked why the a/c wasn’t fixed, one employee said they have been trying to fix it since COVID ended last year while the other employee said it’s been long over due. The rooms were decent size and comfortable for the price. However, one of the executive suite had a bad leak and when we requested to switch to a different room, they declined. No compensation or credits given either. No efforts made to give customer satisfaction. The breakfast was good with a mid level rooftop view of the city. I had a nice and always cleaned, but small room for a good prize. If there is a need to work on a Laptop, book a bigger room. Nice bathroom, WiFi and aircon was functioning properly.
