Blue Heaven Hotel — Hotel in Nha Trang City

Arriving at the hotel we noticed we were miles away from anything, an hours walk at least to the beach, shops and bars. We were charged the same price as the room cost to check in 3 hours early, even though there were no other guests in the hotel. Going into the room we realised we had been given a single room instead of the room we’d booked- a deluxe room with 2 double beds. When we went to reception to swap, it took a lengthy conversation and us paying more money to get the room we booked. The room was filthy, sides had clearly not been wiped down in weeks, cockroaches all over the floor and ants in the bed. The hotel is inconveniently far from the city centre so you have to hire a scooter or transport. We thought that was fine especially when the receptionist told us how cheap it was to hire. Then we get told later that it costs a lot more to hire a scooter than it originally was. So we got ripped off there. We ended up having a dispute over the price and so we had the receptionist yelling at us, swearing at us as well. Along with that, we were put in the wrong room from what we paid for (we paid for the deluxe city view) got the standard room. Had the drain blocking up so the shower water over flowed through the whole bathroom. We also had no one cleaning our rooms the whole 5 nights we stayed. It was overall a bad stay and...

A little out of the way from the main strip but only a few minuets via bike or taxi. Good price if you want to avoid the backpackers places on tran phu. Upon arrival I was very impressed at how clean and welcoming the staff were, we stayed for 4 nights with no problems so far...In order to get the most of out of our time we rented a bike from the hotel itself at ₫140,000 for a day which is a great deal.
