Stunning Setting, Superb Service, and Serene Surroundings at Diamond Bay Resort and Spa!
Our stay at Diamond Bay Resort and Spa was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled in a picturesque setting, this resort offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere that is beautifully relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and the lush, tranquil environment that surrounds the property.
One of the highlights of our visit was the exceptional service provided by the staff. We had the pleasure of meeting the Reception Supervisor, Ha, upon our arrival. Ha's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for our entire stay. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of, making us feel like valued guests from the very start. Every resort needs a Ha within their team, and Diamond Bay Resort and Spa is incredibly fortunate to have an entire team of such cheerful and exceptionally helpful staff members.
The resort's amenities further enhanced our experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. The pool area was another highlight, providing a great spot to relax and soak up the sun. We also enjoyed dining at the resort's restaurant, where the food was brilliant and the service impeccable.
Diamond Bay provides the perfect level of tranquility, relaxation, and "chill factor." Whether you're lounging by the pool or strolling through the beautifully landscaped gardens, the resort exudes a sense of calm that is hard to find elsewhere.
While our stay was overwhelmingly positive, we did notice a couple of areas for improvement. The lack of a beach bar or a bar within the resort was a minor downside. However, we were kindly informed that some facilities had changed since the Covid-19 pandemic, which is understandable. These small issues did not detract from the overall beauty and tranquility of the resort.
One of the most memorable aspects of our stay was the spa. My girlfriend was blown away by the service and quality of the treatments. The spa staff were professional and attentive, ensuring a rejuvenating experience that left us feeling completely relaxed.
In conclusion, Diamond Bay Resort and Spa exceeded our expectations in every way. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the management, the entire staff, and especially Ha, for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a beautiful, serene, and relaxing getaway. We look forward to returning in the future and experiencing once again the wonderful hospitality of Diamond Bay...
Read moreThere's nothing I liked about this resort, very old fashion resort, surroundings landscape greens were with full of wild grass, not well maintained. It is not walkable to anywhere.Far away from city 30 minutes and no shopping near by not even a convenient store in the reosrt SPA therapist were not professional using phones when I was relaxing with face mask on. Massage was ok nothing massaging on the right area. Incorrect protocols for spa therapist. FRONT DESK- Amy was extremely helpful in many ways day and night. We booked an ocean front villa ,but we were checked into a villa with room public bathroom in front with bushes on the side where the pool was barely covered and noisy kids and adults can be heard. Not relaxing at all and we complained and requested to change to another villa that's more peaceful. Changed to villa 6101 and it's close to the resort entrance and still facing the public bathroom and facing the dirty polluted beach with full of trash. This room AC was lock set to 21' and its too hot for us, not comfy at all as we come from a very hot & humid country. Our bathroom is really big but the down side is that when we checked in the bathtub it was full of bugs and flies. Toilet seat seen with pubic hair. The next day the toilet was leaking and smells really bad of urine and POOH. Complaint and the assistant manager to change room but to no availability and he said they will fix it. Got the maintenance guy to fix it and we have to use the lobby toilet while waiting for silicone / to dry for half a day.Later by night when we use the toilet we still see the dirty urine water leaking out from the bottom and complaint to the front desk AGAIN. Fix again instead of changing us to another villa. That's the worst experience ever and not worth paying for the $$$ at all as we booked for 5 nights. Breakfast buffet have the same varieties everyday. Waitress were not helpful and not attentive at all, terrible service so as the restaurant. Food taste horrible for the price. I would only rate this resort as 2 stars as we checked out and on the way to the airport we saw that there is a recycle and dumpster area across from the resort so that making sense that the water at the bay - beach at Diamond Resort is full of trash, polluted and unsafe to swim. No wonder the bay-beach water is cloudy and muddy all around. There is 2 hrs free bicycle rental daily and it's all old and rusty. Only good thing is they provide bus shuttle to the city drop off at only 1 stop in from of a Gold Coast Shopping Mall and from there it's walkable to the beach front and night...
Read moreOur first trip to Nha Trang. We traveled from Hanoi, where we have worked for four years. We were at the resort for 8 days. After check in, we were showed to our room. After waiting for an hour in our room, we had to call the front desk for our luggage. Our tub/shower leaked a large puddle on the floor throughout the week. Our tub/shower drain was broken, but the housekeeping left the water in it so we know it was not cleaned. We called to have the drain fixed, which it was. My husband ordered a hamburger from the Banana Leaf. It was undercooked and sent back to the kitchen. The second hamburger was also undercooked the same way. I had ordered the chao ga but it never came despite the hamburger being cooked twice. We were charged for the undercooked hamburger that was never eaten. We ate at the Banana Leaf twice. The Greek salad and the Caesar salad are fine. The small serving sizes do not match the high prices asked. We took the shuttle to Nha Trang city center nearly every day. The 2:00 shuttle always stopped at the 100 Egg Tourist place but nobody ever got off the bus. It would be best to ask before going there if anyone wants to see it instead of wasting time to stop there without anyone getting off the bus. At check out, they called our room to tell us they would come pick up our luggage. We waited for a half an hour and they didn't come so we hauled it ourselves to the front desk. Then, they wouldn't let us check out because they had to "check our room" for 10 minutes to make sure we hadn't taken anything, I guess. There is really no beach front but one area of the bay that is muddy from the tide going out every morning and the other side is a mass of shells but no true beach front. The pool is huge and kept clean and refreshing. Diamond Bay has the look and makings of a nice resort except that it isn't serviced to be a resort and spa. It is more...
