Orbit Resort & Spa Nha Trang — Hotel in Nha Trang City

All show and no substance. The hotel is in the middle of a development site which appears to have stopped. Nothing close to the hotel. We attempted to get food at 6pm at a local restaurant but was turned away. Luckily the local wellmart has a small cafe and they cooked a pizza for us. Only food is a set menu breakfast which is a small choice. The waiter did not even understand what bread and butter was and it was written in the menu After breakfast the restaurant closes for the day. Even though it's saying open 6am to 10pm. No bar, no bistro, no spa in essence the hotel is closed except for a room. We could not even get the tv to show anything. The reception area is fabulous the staff pleasant enough, if you saw any. Our room was basic the mini bar was not even stocked. The balcony a joke looked like it had been halved with the next room. The bed was so hard we did not sleep. The beach that was advertised was nothing more than a man made lagoon and I wouldn't let my dog swim in it. The hotel pools were on the corner and the local youths made use of it. Did not see any sunloungers to use. And it was not fenced off from the public. We had booked for 9 nights but only stayed the one. That was more than enough. If you just want a bed for a night and rubbish breakfast then enjoy. I won't be recommending this hotel. We were so disappointed considering how the description shown a fully functional hotel. The hotel was nice the rooms were clean but not designed correctly and didn't have that warm hotel feel. Hotel was opened 5 months ago and staff are very inexperienced and all staff do not smile which is not welcoming whatsoever. The gym is located in the basement and smells like the sewer. The buffet was ok but as a 5 star it should be much better. Lots of inconveniet things such as room wasn't cleaned correctly, tea cups were just left fresh towels were not supplied clothes were left as they were. Rubbish was not removed. Toilet paper was not supplied.

Tried to charge us for cleaning the sheets. All in all definitely will not recommend this place for the price and it is definitely not 5 star 3 at best. Much better places in NHA trang. They really need a experienced manager as there are too many things to mention that...

The hotel is so clean with very new facilities, the location is a bit far from the center (~4km) but if you travel by motorbike or taxi, it shouldn't be a problem. The location is so nice, very quite, very suitable if u don't like the hustle in the city center. The surroundings have some good brunch and Japanese restaurants. Staff is so welcoming, friendly and helpful, the man in the reception (sorry I forgot your name) was so supportive, he knows lots of good place to eat from local to Western and Jp food. We received a free upgrade for our stay ❤️ the room is so spacious, modern. The wifi is a bit low, be careful if u have any important online meetings (mine was an interview) then I needed to use my own network. The TV if possible pls make it work 😂 but I did not go on holidays for a nice TV so...
