Hoang Minh Mountainside Villa — Hotel in Ninh Bình Province

This place is beyond my expectations!! |More than its place, the people are way too nice and extremely hospitable. |Firstly, I want to mention our special appreciation for the team who is behind this beautiful resort and impeccable services.|Ms. Thu – we initially thought she is the server but later she is the owner. What a lady, how hard-working, she was seen everywhere, literally from morning to late evening ensuring all the guests are well looked after. She serves, prepares food, even clean-up. Wow! hats off to her power. |Reception team – Hien, Lee, & Hien Chu were very proactive during their shift. |Now the property: The property is surrounded by limestone, its set bit inside at Trang-an, and very peaceful. |Facilities - provided are top-notch, and very much like a 5*, the places is spreaded across and can easily spend good time walking inside the premises itself, surrounded by limestone hills and water body around. Beautiful, beyond words!|Breakfast has all the elements and has a good spread |Room – the room amenities are all 5star standards, they even keep umbrellas in each rooms, the little décor and planters add the beauty. The view from the room was like a heaven. |Overall, this was a very memorable experience celebrating my birthday here, the team even surprised us during the dinner with cake, even gave us souvenir as a take away...

Beautiful little oasis in the stunning countryside - atmospheric with fairy lights and frogs chirping and fish jumping in all the surrounding water pools. The property is made of several individual rooms, some over water. We had the family room with 2 bedrooms which was perfect for our family of 4. This was our best sleep in Vietnam - the most comfortable bed by far. Big bathroom. Lots of fun facilities - bike borrow, scooter rental, swimming pool, billiard tables, games, fussball, playground, etc. Delicious coffee on one of the little private patios that dotted the hotel grounds, and little bowls of candy everywhere which the kids enjoyed. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fairly good with a variety of options sweet and savoury, as well as eggs to order. Lovely place! Wish we had more than 1 night. We enjoyed both the Tam Coc and Trang An boat rides (do both if you have time!), the Hua Lo ancient city and the Chua Bich Dong temple - gorgeous temple built in many levels into the mountainside. While location is stunning - be aware that it's a bit of a walk to anything so any excursions probably need wheels (bike/moto/taxi). We did walk home from the Trang An boat station once - lovely walk - about...

I was stunned by this place while traveling with my family. The view from there could be an attraction itself. First thing after arriving there (fine, you have to find it first going through little, sandy roads, but it is worth it), we got a tasty local tea, while doing the check in by the man called Zum (or Zoom, sorry for missing it). After that we got a nice, clean rooms. Next we went to the restaurant. Food and drinks were great too. Zum (or Zoom) organized us a car with driver, which was in this case much better than taking a Grab and he recomended some places to go to. He was so nice, friendly and helpful for us, which makes our stay even more pleasant. It is so good to see smiling staff at hotel. We stayed here only one night, which might be too short to get the full experience, as you might play billard, table football or just sit and chill on nice bench. Breakfast was not huge, but there were just a few people there so it was not a problem and you can ask for a delicious omelette...
