NGOC THAO PHU QUOC HOTEL — Hotel in Phú Quốc

Worst service I can ever remember at a hotel. The location had a duplicate address on Google maps so at first I couldn't find it. I called and the receptionist was unhelpful, and nobody there spoke English very well, so I had to ask another hotel for assistance. Then I arrived and I'm told that there would be power in the hotel until 7pm. The next day I went to breakfast and I was told included, but then after I ate, I was told it was not included in my booking and that for a mediocre hostel quality breakfast I would be charged 80,000. Finally at check out I was overcharged and they wouldn't correct it. They kept me there for 30 minutes and couldn't figure it out so I just swiped my card so I could dispute it later that way I wouldn't be late...
