Facilities are old but I give 4 star because: - affordable - familiar employees - old devices but still function - close to the beach - large room with see view (coconut view :))) - many trees feeling like a garden Minus: - yellow old light make the room uncomfortable - near the street, it is noise at the weekend One more thing, that some 5 star resort does not have - internet tivi - family with kids will like it.

Our vacation was good, the pool is super nice with kids slides, seeing through the beach from the pool area is super love. The children’s playground is near the pool. The beach has alot of shells, sandbar is super wide where 🌊☀️kids can play. The location of the hotel is very close the nova dream where you can maximize your day trip to activities around the area.

Went during 18-19 October 2023. The sea is beautiful and has good privacy. Because I stayed at the guest house, I like it. I will definitely go again. There are boating, massage activities, and there are a lot of shops selling good things. There are a lot of trees providing shade. Most suitable for family vacations.

The property is rather ok - rooms are large and clean; beds are comfortable (except for extra beds - we took off matress and put it on the floor, so that our child could sleep normally); room service was ok. The restaurant, on the other hand, was not worth 4 stars - we saw a huge rat running around during our dinner and the breakfast was very poor.||The beach was dirty and fishing nets were floating around dangerously - you could not see them under water and there was a great threat to get stuck inside them. Especially for children. And there is nothing to do in the area - only 2 places to eat, a few small shops, and that's it. ||The staff is friendly, but their English language skills are really non-existent. ||But now the main point of my poor rating - the hotell is full of Russians and they seem to have a feeling that this hotel was built for them. At least that is the impression my family got. Our company included 6 more addults in addition to my family of four (2 children aged 4 and 10). As we arrived rather late and had had a 5-hour bus drive, some of us were hungry. Fortunately, me and my children went to bed. The others went across the road to a small diner. There was a company of Russians who were celebrating a birthday party. The minute our company walked in, the Russians started to discuss how they will attack us. As we know Russian language, we understood immediately, but decided to keep a low profile, eat the soup, and go away. But this did not happen. The Russians attacked and the fight was pretty fierce. The two women from our party ran accross the road to call the hotel security for help and asked them to call the police, but they did not do anything and refused to call the police. As our party included 3 men opposed to the 2 Russians, we managed to get the situation under control and left the place. On the next day we returned to the diner and paid for the damages caused to the owner (200 EUR). The owner also gave us the recording of the previous night from his security camera. Just in case.||At the pool, one of the Russians approached and demanded that we pay 100 dollars to him, as he had had to go to hospital to get stiches in his head. We agreed to pay and he said that now everything is OK, but the following day the other Russian man spoke to us agressively again on the street when we were walking with our children. Then we had enought and decided to leave. This is not OK that I have to be scared for my family during my vocation. And this is not ok that the hotel staff just watches when somebody is attacked.||So, my experience is that this hotel is OK, if you want to stay at the pool or beach the entire time and eat in the same food the entire vocation. And if you are a Russian. Because, as they said before attacking us, "this is a Russian hotel, why did you...

We stayed there for 2 nights in August. We had booked for 3 nights but left the last day and found a 1.5 star hotel in Mui Ne and I am much happier. ||||Let me talk about location. I consider this a very bad location. It is in a small area with not much. I think there ||This place has a bad location. It is far from restaurants. It is far from the attractions in Phan Thiet and Mui Ne. The strip in doesn’t have much. There are several places offering tours, but only in Vietnamese or Russian. ||||Across the street thre are 3 or 4 restaurants. One place had the menu in Vietnamese and Russian and no pictures. See how that might be a no go for English speakers. Another place had the same menu as Anton’s next door. One had a Vietnamese name the other a Russian name. But same kitchen. ||||The place is very pretty and the bungalow was well appointed. And after almost 3 weeks of experience with glass bathrooms in hotels, I was pleased that this bathroom was not glass and could be closed with a nice wooden door. ||||I had a problem with feeling that I was not secure in the bungalow. The French doors were locked with just one lock at the top of one door. Not 2 , no locks at the bottom and not between the 2 doors. ||||Of all the places I have stayed in the last 2.5 weeks, this is the only place I felt it necessary to use the safe. Nothing was stolen from our room. But my tween’s Keen sandals were stolen from the pool area. These are the $50 sandals not the $5 sandals. He left them at the pool when we left a little after 8:00 pm. And discovered that he left them at the pool. The next morning, by 9:00 am, they were nowhere to be found. I checked with the staff for 2 days. They were never found, so I consider them stolen. ||||The pool is awesome. And it was very nice the first day and night. ||||On the afternoon of our second day two buses arrived with teens on them. The management let them do as they pleased. They had an incredibly loud (loud speaker with big wolfers ) camp fire where the leader used the amplified microphone the whole time. I thought it was right outside the door until I discovered they were on the beach in front of the hotel. I don’t know when it stopped, I was tired and fell asleep despite the loud music. ||||Before 8:00 am the group had there speakers blasting music at the pool. Breakfast overlooks the pool behind pine trees. We could not speak at breakfast as the music ||was too loud for conversation. The loud music went on until 10:00 am when it was alas quiet. ||||I did not like the vibe of this hotel, even before the teens arrived. There is really no place to eat. We moved to a 1.5 star hotel in Mui Ne for the last night and were much happier despite...

My wife and I booked a beach front bungalow at this resort. The idea bring we needed to relax after touring around Vietnam and Cambodia. |The management upgraded us to their beach front villa which I have to say looked perfect and we could not be closer to the sea without sleeping on the beach. ||We did have an issue with hot water as the heater couldn’t keep up with the flow. The hotel maintenance team tried to resolve the issue by turning up the temperature but it didn’t really sort the problem. Luke warm baths and showers had to do. We also felt as though the hotel must have had issues with guests checking out without paying as the hotel wanted to keep our passports until check out. They said it was Vietnam law that they must keep them but having travelled for a few weeks we new this wasn’t the case. We got our passport returned after I asked to see the manager but was told that I couldn’t charge anything to our room. Fine by me||We were also asked for a deposit for a glass full of ice we wanted to take to our room. Again made to feel untrustworthy. ||I spoke to the manager about our feedback, she was apologetic and gave us late checkout for no cost. A nice gesture and we hope they change some of their policies ||The hotel is clean and tidy lovely grounds lovely villa nice pool, one tip get your towels on the deck chairs sharpish in the morning as our fellow Russian guests ( of which there were many) seemed to like to save one near the sea and one near the pool as you would see empty sun beds for long periods with towels on. We managed okay as we woke early anyway and to be honest you don’t want to miss the sunrise 🌄. |The resort is a long way from town. There is a shuttle bus that takes about half an hour for 45000 vd we used it once and got a taxi back. ||This area seems to cater for Russian guests but the restaurant owners speak varying degrees of English and serve very nice food at cheap prices. Around £10 a meal for both of us. Great seafood is the norm in Vietnam. ||WiFi excellent I all areas even the beach, breakfast was fine. We didn’t eat or drink in the hotel so can’t comment.the gardens are well maintained. Watch out for falling coconuts 🌴 ||All in all a relaxing stay but would probably choose a different resort if we went that way again as no real entertainment on an evening and the hotel seemed geared for the Russian market however we were quite happy to watch Netflix with a G & T after a...
