Khách sạn Mường Thanh Luxury Hà Nam — Hotel in Phu Ly City

It was my first time in Ha Nam. I didn’t know what to expect as I absolutely did no research about the city. I had an unbiased view of the city and just wandered off around the city and tried interacting with the locals. Muong Thanh has a reputation of their excellent service based on my previous stays in other cities in Vietnam which did not prove me wrong. I needed some transport to get around the city and travel to Thanh Hoa and Ninh Binh for which I intended to get a bike. As I did not speak Vietnamese, there was no way to get help in the city centre so Hiếu (Muong Thanh) receptionist took initiatives to offer help by renting his bike to me at a very reasonable fee. When he was on off-shift, Hoang Anh (2nd receptionist) took over the role of helping me to show me the bike and passed me both keys and a helmet. I had to approach her for help to gain some information about the notorious Vietnamese traffic police which I used it to drive safe in my advantage without having to deal with the corrupted authorities along the way. The season finale is that I didn’t know how to get to Noi Bai airport and Thoi Dai limousine company kept calling me many times after I managed to purchase a ticket in Vexere app. I started ignoring their calls because I didn’t understand the language. So I called them back and explained the entire situation to Hoang Anh and let her handle Thoi Dai. The company eventually picked me up at the airport right on time without me having to walk to their Phu Ly office of Thoi Dai which would have been a big hassle for me considering work so much baggage. The entire stay in Muong Thanh hasn’t failed me yet and based on my experience with them in my unbiased view, I would definitely return to Muong Thanh.
