I stayed in mid-February. It was above Excellent. Mr Quang, pronounced Kwon, was incredibly hospitable and immediately acted on every request. The position is superb; the restaurants, beach and infamous historic sites all within easy reach. Water pressure great, air-con fine, rooms cleaned by a charming Ba. Room was very basic, no fridge, but had good AC, not very clean with TV not working and overpriced for what it was.. Exposed electrical wires in the bathroom seemed dangerous... shower did not fit the wall mount, but there was hot water...Great location next to the beach and nice garden area..But, will not stat there again... cheaper nicer hotels near by with better facilities near...
