Khách sạn đóng — Hotel in Quy Nhơn

I booked room at this hotel via Agoda just 15-20 minute before coming there. I got notifications that booking successfully and even that I found there were so many available rooms on the website. But when I entered, receptionsit informed that there was no available room for us and told us to come to another hotel and contact Agoda to ask for returned payment. We met manager (maybe owner) but she had not solve the issue and informed that they were full of room 3 days ago and it was the mistake between us and Agoda, we had to solve it by ourself. She insisted that it was not mistake of hotel and no "Sorry" word from her. Maybe the facility of hotel is good, but I think that if you meet any problem with the hotel you will be very unhappy and super angry as my experience with them. I will not recommend...

Rockhard beds, rest decent.||||We arrived in Quy Nhon on a busy day (there where 27000 students + families in Quy Nhon to enroll for university) So all the low-budget places where taken and we where forced to take a $20 room in this hotel instead, no problem. We got a room with seaside view that did not have a view on the sea, but on another hotel, not a real problem either. Everything was clean and the staff is very helpfull.||Only one problem: the beds are made of diamond or something that doesn't fit in on Moh's scale of hardness. Very rough night, not expected...

Twins room was quite ok. But the double room which i& my husband stayed for 2 nights was so small that we couldn't open the wardrobe while we were standing between the bed & the wardrobe.||This hotel is near the beach of central city. However we didn’t decide to enjoy the beach. We had rent motorbikes from our hotel (with higher fee than normal) and went to Bai Bau beach which about 15km far...
