Lemon House (KoiKing No.3) — Hotel in Quy Nhơn

This place is so freaking noisy. Rooms on the 4th floor were alright, but you're gonna need to go downstairs to the 3rd floor to use bathrooms.

However, if you stay on the 2nd, you will be bombarded by noises come from everything possible. Noise from their cafe on the first floor including the cafe customers (they would be on their phones and watch contentson tiktok and would make sure everyone surroundingcan hear it, which to me the the worst modern noise), noise from staff makind drinks using a blender. We could take a nap after lunch time because the customers couldn't stop talking and laughing soooooo loudly. To top that off, in the evening, we had noise from staff/owner's child screaming, noise from people singing/playing music across the street, noise from people showering on the 3rd floor at 10.23pm.

Proper curtains are luxury here. My room on the second floor has no curtain at all (find attached pictures). This means that while I'm typing these sentences at 10.30 pm, someone walked past the corridor, turned the lights on and had no intentions to turn it off, so I just had to deal with it in discomfort.

Staff were not consistent. There was a very nice lady who was willing to help us when we're in need. But there's also a staff who is supposedly the receptionist of the homestay. This woman is not very friendly, I don't know why every time I tried to ask her something, she would keep staring at her phone and just briefly reply to my questions in a few words, then immediately looked at her phone.

Great value of money for this hostel. They have shower cabins, toilets, lockers, rooftop, ac in rooms, big common area, cafe downstairs and towel if you ask for it. Mình kiếm phòng trên Agoda và đặt thanh toán tại ks 90k/ngày (giường dorm) Về nhân viên: ổn, không quá nhiệt tình nhưng ở mức chấp nhận (vì các bạn còn phải care quán coffee) Về vị trí: đắt địa, lần đầu mình đến Quy Nhơn và ở ngay con đường khá sầm uất, nhộn nhịp, vui Về chỗ ở: phòng dorm thì đa số là nam ở nên mình là đứa con gái duy nhất trong phòng (trộm vía mn lịch sự và tôn trọng cá nhân), giường vừa đủ nằm + balo, có đèn và cắm sạc pin. Tuy nhiên, không biết nhân viên có lau dọn không mà khuôn dorm của mình giường bt nhưng thấy rải rác tóc,, rất dơ. Thêm vào đó có mùi gì giống phân mèo khiến mình không ngủ được. Nhà vệ sinh các tầng dùng chung, nam 1 bên, nữ 1 bên, total 4 phòng tắm và 4 phòng vs. Cá nhân mình thấy nvs tạm chứ ko sạch, không biết có được lau dọn hằng ngày không. Tóm lại, nếu là nam thì sẽ okie hơn. Còn vì mình là nữ nên khá kén phần vệ sinh sạch sẽ xung quanh. Cho nên là mình ráng ở qua đêm sáng hôm sau kiếm nhà nghỉ khác liền chứ không tài nào chịu nổi.
