Yes, in August of 2017 construction is still ongoing. Quy Nhon seems to be turning into Nha Trang ;-( But I've had to deal with construction noise in a $70 hotel in Siem Reap that was much louder than the noise here. And NO, construction does NOT go on all night.||||My room on the 5th floor is facing away from the side where construction is going on.||And I have a spacious room with a balcony from which I can see the ocean in the distance. The room is spotlessly clean and is equipped with a hot water kettle,a very decent bathroom, a desk with chair, a refrigerator, and a comfortable if slightly hard mattress. There is even an elevator in the building. The hotel is 250 meters from the beach. The WiFi works flawlessly.
