Ngoc Anh Hotel — Hotel in Quy Nhơn

Yes, in August of 2017 construction is still ongoing. Quy Nhon seems to be turning into Nha Trang ;-( But I've had to deal with construction noise in a $70 hotel in Siem Reap that was much louder than the noise here. And NO, construction does NOT go on all night.||||My room on the 5th floor is facing away from the side where construction is going on.||And I have a spacious room with a balcony from which I can see the ocean in the distance. The room is spotlessly clean and is equipped with a hot water kettle,a very decent bathroom, a desk with chair, a refrigerator, and a comfortable if slightly hard mattress. There is even an elevator in the building. The hotel is 250 meters from the beach. The WiFi works flawlessly. And all for that low price. ||I really can't complain !||||The receptionist doesn't seem to speak ANY English, but check-in was effortless (exchange passport for room key and that was it). ||For a 1 or 2 night stint in Quy Nhon, I'd highly...

Fabulous brand new hotel in off the beaten track location. Luxury night for this DIY Tourist. Big foreshore development going on. Five more years this place will be the posh end of HavLong Bay. Cheap now with local seafood restaurants and dream views. Easy to access by local bus from Halong. Any if them will pick you up if you walk in the general direction. I stayed here last night. My room was on the 4th floor and they have an elevator. Clean with ample space and storage. Everything worked well. I had a fridge in my room.|Although the owners have limited English they will try to help you as best they can.
