This is a brand new hotel on a massive ongoing development 10 mins walk from the ferry terminal. The room was a good size but the carpet already had cigarette burns. The shower room seemed ok but there was a smell from the drain for the shower.The bed was comfortable but we asked that the sheets were changed as they looked like they may not have been . This was done immediately.We ate pizza in the hotel in the evening delivered by motorcycle as was breakfast the next morning , double egg Banh Mi very good. A good option if you are taking the ferry early in the morning. The room was clean and everything worked. Decor is a little tired. The guy on the front desk was very helpful and allowed us to leave our motorbikes and luggage for 36 hours while we visited Lai Son Island. Plenty of street food options for breakfast on the short walk...
