The big room is quite pricey, 450,000 vnd. I refused the standard room (250,000) because it was small and it feels cramped because of the color choices of the beddings. The bigger room is spacious and comfortable. It looks out to the sea and the wide open street but it was a bit dusty and there was a plant in the bathroom that gathers mosquitoes. The tea kettle was not clean. It seems that it has been long that there was anyone who stayed there. Also, the shower faces the sink and the toilet so you have to adjust it on the head that it showers where you can stand comfortably. But I commend the staff for for responsive and friendly.

Travellers should boycott and avoid this accommodation "un-provider". They accept and confirm ALL & ANY bookings from any source, then the rooms are given to those who arrive first....the others (like me) are told upon arrival that they are "sold out". Even though they still had the "Còn phòng" sign up. When I questioned the owner, he said that those rooms are only rented hourly....you can only guess what they are used for???? Which also makes me question the safety aspect...
