First of all the location of the farm stay was really amazing. It was a little outside of the city so it was quiet at night but we just needed 20 min by foot to walk to the city center. Further the view of the big balcony was really nice since we had a good look directly to the beautiful nature with its rice terraces and mountains. Our room was really comfortable. There was a heating mattress which is a really good advantage and the design of the room was neat. But the best thing was Link, the host. She was so super kind and friendly. Whenever we had a question she answered us right away and gave us really good tips for our trekking tour. So her hospitality was outstanding. Next her English was really good. And her food she prepared us was sooo delicious. We ate twice dinner at her farm stay and we would definitely recommend doing it as well. Our expectations were...

This is a great homestay if you want to be away from the business of Sapa, yet close enough to walk or ride your motorbike to go to the center. they have built the guestrooms separately from the main house, so you have your own balcony for guests and dining room. It feels like you are all alone on a cabin trip in the mountain because there are no other homestays or hotels that you can see. So the privacy and peacefulness was really nice! It has very good energy! The rooms are nicely decorated...only drawback is that beds are a bit hard...but you can always ask for an extra comforter to sleep on:) I think she said in the winter they have electric blankets and heaters to keep you warm:) I had a lovely time here 3 nights and I also got to see a shaman ceremony with drums and singing! It was very...

My stay at the Link was perfect! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I arrived in the evening without making a booking in advance and they warmly welcomed me with a cup of tea and a home cooked dinner (which was amazing). The bed was warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I only stayed for one night, but returned two days later to pick up my luggage, that they let me keep there during a trek / home stay. When I arrived back, the offered me a hot shower and bed to rest in while I waited for a late night bus, which they offered to book for me. The owner even went out of his way to walk me all the way to the bus station! Overall I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend to anyone...

I had very positive emotions from living in this homestay. hospitable family, stylish rooms, wonderful views of the mountains, your own garden with a swing. We were with a small child and were allowed to cook in the kitchen ourselves. It was also very convenient to rent a motorbike for trips to the center of Sapa and around the surrounding area, the price was very affordable and the quality of the scooters was excellent. They also helped us with the purchase of tickets for the Sapa-Ninh Binh bus, they even helped us with the delivery of our luggage and took us straight to our seats, for which we convey a huge thank you. overall everything went very well, I highly recommend this place and give it 10 points out of 10.

The view was amazing. I had to stay for three days because I paid with my card. The coffee and noodles for breakfast were decent. And the owners were very attentive. However, the room was extremely humid. I saw mold under the pillows. Sapa is humid, and the room, which was located in the basement below the restaurant, had a musty smell that kept me up at night. I didn't notice it the first day, but it was at its worst on the second and third days. You have to keep the door and windows open all day. At night, there were so many bugs that I had no choice but to close them. And while I was sleeping, the pigs from the pig farm in front of me would squeal. I had to wear headphones to listen to music.

Very pretty room & nice view, and affordable price! The hosts are super helpful and attentive as well. The room has a heated bed which is perfect for winter. On our last day there, the host offers to make us early breakfast at 6am even though they typically serves from 7am. They even checked in on us when they haven't heard from us for a while. My only one gripe is that the food options around the homestay is a bit limited, and you need to travel for about 2km into the city center to have more options. But other than that, it's been a very pleasant stay! Do check them out if you're looking for a budget-friendly option in Sapa!
