!!!SCAMMERS BEWARE!!! *In short, we were asked to pay double the price we were supposed to pay, get a private room triple the initial cost, or get out the door at 10pm. * We booked a dorm room for 2 people on Booking and were quoted 100 dong for both of us per night(it is same or more expencive than a private room with shared bathoom with breakfast included in a homestay). When you book on Booking accommodation for 2 it means that the price has been calculated to cover 2 people but at reception we were told that the booking is for one and will have to pay double or get a private room. I think it's a common scam they employ to trick guests who don't have anywhere else to go and will forcibly put money upfront because it's 10pm and it's already too late to look for an alternative. Despite the dorm room having only one or two guests we were either forced to pay or be put out the door My piece of advice, book another place well in advance and AVOID THIS ONE LIKE A PLAGUE, they will try to suck out every dollar they can out of you in any...

They sell a "VIP" ticket with wring pictures, which are completely different from reality. The bunks are tiny, and the blankets are never washed.
They sell more tickets than there are seats, and people sleep on the floor in the aisle.
Some people at other stops refuse to get on the bus in these conditions.
The staff yells constantly, smokes while driving. They don't speak English.
The driver decides to take a break and doesn't say how long it is.
We only took a break; the same driver drives the whole way.
The driver honks the horn CONTINUOUSLY, and the driving is horrible and dangerous.
The meeting point has been changed. We left very late.
The route was supposed to be direct, and we changed buses to catch the ferry.

Review of Sapa Garden Bungalow Office
I had a disappointing experience with Sapa Garden Bungalow for booking bus trip. The lady at the office promised us a luxury VIP sleeping bus for our transfer from Sapa to Da Nang which is really along trip takes around 20hrs, and we ended up paying a hefty amount for it 3200000vd for 2 persons. However, what we got was far from what was promised. Instead of a comfortable VIP bus, we were crammed into a cheap, crowded bus with cargo boxes. It felt more like a nightmare than a journey! I definitely do not recommend this place. Save your money and look elsewhere!
There was no honesty about the timing we was informed to be driven by 11:15am from hotel reaching the bus that should move by 11:30am, instead we reached the bus they take long time uploading long big boxes ended leaving by 13:45
