As an English traveller who's been south to north vietnam over a few months, Vietnams kindness never ceases to amaze and this hotel is no exception.

Rooms are very comfortable, beds are great and breakfast is lovely too. It's in a decent location and I've no complaints whatsoever.

In conversation with the lady in charge of the spa, I mentioned I needed to go shopping for a few things. Later that evening I was collected by staff and taken to a few shops, purely out of kindness. Remarkably kind and truly appreciated.

I didn't know what to expect in Thai nguyen but this hotel pleasantly surprised me. Rooms just like the photos and very comfortable and spacious. Staff all though very young they were all very attentive and incredibly helpful when you asked for assistance with anything and always with a big smile.

Only negative was on my floor there was 3 or 4 rooms of I think Chinese guests who kept there doors opened most of the time and yelled at each other from...
