Fairly new hotel with spacious room, fixtures and furniture are newer as well. Hotel is situated in a relatively quiet street which is nice when you need some good night sleep or afternoon nap. Front of the hotel is for parking cars, small parking space in the back for motorcycles. However, a 3-star hotel that lacks some thoughtful touch such as drinking glasses, trash bin in the room and no hand soap are some of the minus points but the real knock down for me is that I was charged additional 100k for checking out 30 minutes later than said time, I've never seen a hotel charges guests extra for late check-out that's still within reasonable time frame nor did I see such hotel policy outlined, and needles to say that I was disappointed the way it was handled, I hope the hotel management read this and provide proper training for their staff and improve customer...

This hotel shouldn’t even be call a hotel and should be a MOTEL! Because, it’s more for guys to bring call girls back to their room and leave after the business is done. Reception sucks, didn’t have much clarification on the price and can’t even give you a receipt for a down payment. While check-in a room, I start looking around and found an opened fixking condom on the bed, I told the receptionist and he said you should talk to the housekeeping even though the housekeeping is NOWHERRE to be found….receptionist offered another room, the AC doesn’t work, with cigarette buds around the windows. How fast was the check-in, it how fast the check-out was! Do not stay here!! Don’t even deserve any stars beside it’s at...
