Green Oasis Hotel — Hotel in Tuy Hòa City

During my ride from Hanoi to Saigon on the Motorbike, I stayed one night at the Green Oasis Hotel in Tuy Hoa.||The good things first. When I arrive at the hotel late evening the doorman was super supportive in helping me unload my Motorbike and guided me to the check-in counter. The lady at the checking was super friendly and helped me with any requests, but there it ended.||The room I received was very cold and had no window or anything. My room used to have a balcony (as it looked) which was walled from all sides and was accessible through my balcony door and two doors at the side, which were looked (weird). Due to the rainy ride throughout the day, I was looking forward to a cozy warm shower but was disappointed by only a low-temperature shower, which didn't get better in the morning. Furthermore, the entire bathroom was filled with the smell of sewer. This did not go away on the entire trip.||I was booking my trip via the Agoda app and had a predetermined price for the night. But at the checkout, the receptionist presented me with a bill, which was double the price of the negotiated Agoda rate.||So overall my stay at the Green Oasis was not so pleasant and therefore I would not...

New hotel. Very clean. Rooms are quiet. The staff are friendly. They can assist in renting a motorbike. The breakfast is not great but enough given the overall price. You need to run the shower for up to 5 minutes to get hot water. The price is equivalent to to the quality. I hope the keep the hotel looking good and implement a vigorous maintenance routine. If they do so this will be a good value for money choice well into the future. Location is a short distance outside of the centre of the town but still well positioned and only about 100 metres from the surf line of the beach. Not adequate behavior of the receptionist of this hotel! We came with my family, looked at two rooms, of which we chose one to stay. The manager asked to show documents, we showed passports and resident cards, but for some reason she was not satisfied with the documents, although everything was in order with the documents. She refused to check us in and offered to choose another hotel, which is further away and costs more. When she was asked to call and invite the director of the hotel, she said that he was very busy.
