Definitely the best hotel in Tam Dao with spacious lobby with nice set up to welcome you during arrival and our arrival greeted by a friendly and warm hotel General Manager - Mr. Đoàn Tuần Hai.

Well appointed / set up of guest room and spacious with amenities and nice bathroom. The bed is so comfy and the room cleanliness is excellent. During dinner great service provided by the service staff however the food can be improved in particular the beef served to us during dinner - overcook, the satay sauce for chicken skewer to much lemongrass taste and overpower the peanut taste. Thank you for organizing my Suhoor / early breakfast at 4.00am in the room it was great but to much for me.

Overall great stay, thank you to the General Manager - Mr. Đoàn Tuần Hai and hotel staff for taking care of our group during our stay here.. will come back again....

The hotel is newly built and beautifully designed, offering modern and clean accommodations. What stood out to me the most was the friendly and welcoming front office staff, who provided excellent service throughout our stay.

One of the highlights was the warm saltwater swimming pool, which is 1.4 meters deep—ideal for families with teenagers. It provided a relaxing and safe environment for both adults and kids to enjoy.

New hotel in Tam Dao inspired by La Coupole in Sapa. But without the touch of Bill Bensley. And without the professionalism of major hostel company. The room is large and well equipped with a table and 2 chairs for the balcony (what you don’t have to La Coupole). But for the price you will be disappointed by the bad WiFi, no style decoration, no style pool, horrible gym room… The restaurant La vie en Rose is a shame! You pay a maximum for a minimum (and the menu is fake comparing to what you willl have in your plate). That remark for Western food. If you are enough claimant the “chef” could offer you a glass of wine… But it could be better that the “chef” do correctly...
