Hotel Hai An — Hotel in Vung Tau City

It’s not the most modern, but it’s an ok place to get some sleep and a shower. There are some buffets nearby along with endless coffee shops. I came here r the day after Tet, while every other place was sold out or quoting me 700k+, other places 400k..she offer 100k..she obviously misunderstood me when I said “một đêm,” after spending some time in the room and when out to eat, she explained that she told me wrong after reading my review. So I’m updating it. I didn’t understand her Vietnamese but her actions showed what she meant. She increased the price to 400. Nice lady, but she kept coming and knocking on my door while I was trying to go to bed at 9 pm for a bike ride another 100 km the next day. After the 4th time knocking and talking to me, she finally asked for my passport. Although I kept telling her I don’t understand in Vietnamese, she laughed and continued to tell me stories each time for about long time, disrupting my bathroom breaks, shower, and trying to sleep.
