I had the pleasure of dining at a Chinese dim sum restaurant in Vung Tau, Vietnam, and I must say I was impressed by the extensive variety of food choices available. The dim sum selection was truly abundant, offering a delightful array of flavors. The quality of the food was undoubtedly commendable, with each dish showcasing a delectable blend of ingredients and flavors.

While the dining experience was enjoyable overall, I did notice that the prices leaned slightly towards the higher side. However, the culinary journey and diverse range of options made it a worthwhile indulgence.

One notable observation was that the Xiao Long Bao, a beloved dim sum staple, didn't quite reach the heights of flavor and perfection that I've come to associate with establishments like Din Tai Fung. Each Xiao Long Bao is placed on a big spoon and this causes the skin to be stuck with the spoon. Despite this minor letdown, the restaurant still managed to offer an enjoyable dim sum experience that's well worth a visit. I've been visiting this restaurant with my girlfriend quite regularly over the past few months, and while the food quality has been consistently good, the overall dining experience has been let down by the service staff.

On multiple occasions, the servers have seemed disinterested, with a noticeable negative attitude. It often feels like they are unhappy to be at their jobs, which unfortunately detracts from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant.

The food itself is delicious - I've tried a variety of dishes on the menu and they are all well-prepared and flavorful. However, the lack of warmth and enthusiasm from the staff makes it difficult to fully enjoy the meal.

I would recommend the restaurant for the quality of the food, but the service needs significant improvement. A little more positivity and attentiveness from the servers would go a long way in enhancing the overall dining experience. My experience here was quite good.

It was a Lunar New Year day (the 6th), we (10 people) came early so there’s only our family and we decided to sit on the 1st floor. Parking: in front with security, bikes: on the pavement, cars: on road Space: clean, spacious, cozy, well-decorated, indoor and outdoor with a corner for children including a small slide Order: plenty of choices, we actually had a hard time selecting which was good. Luckily, the staff was friendly and her recommendations turned out correct. Food & drink: all kinds of food were good, the taste was good, and the smell was pleasant, for drinks we only had water and 7ups = Their “bánh bao” or “salted egg bun”, was a fair choice = I’m not fond of duck meat so I have no comment. I was not the one who paid the meal and I forgot to look at the prices so I had no clue if they were expensive or not.
