Khách Sạn Ngọc Huyền — Hotel in Vung Tau City

Room is quite big, nice and clean, but with one huge flaw, that made my stay here terrible. It's smell of cigarettes smoke. I checked in late evening but it seems that 10 men was smoking in this room for 10 hours straight just before my arrival. I opened all windows and even for next morning smell was still there.

Another thing, I booked and paid for this room in the agoda app, but apon arrival personal start telling me that they're no rooms. And stuff knows zero english. After half hour with google translate and many calls somewhere this room was given.

First time going to Vung Tau with my fam, service was great, I love how friendly the staffs were, also hotel was near the beach and some other destinations, Bach Dinh, Vung Tau lighthouse, ... My top...

Mình vừa có dịp ở lại khách sạn này 2 đêm, cảm nhận chung là rất ổn. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, nội thất đơn giản mà đầy đủ tiện nghi, giường ngủ êm ái nên ngủ rất ngon. Nhân viên lễ tân và dọn phòng đều lịch sự, vui vẻ, có gì hỏi cũng hỗ trợ nhanh. Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí thuận tiện, đi bộ vài phút là tới khu ăn uống, quán cà phê. Có chỗ đậu xe riêng và an ninh cũng ổn. Giá phòng theo mình thấy là ổn, chất lượng dịch vụ hoàn toàn xứng đáng. Nếu có dịp quay lại chắc chắn sẽ...
