Havana Coffee — Restaurant in Vung Tau City

September 2019. It's a nice coffee shop it has indoor and outdoor seating, the indoor seating is soft and comfortable he had a little bit small inside the outside has hard metal chairs. It is on a busy street so there is some road noise hence the reason why I only gave you three stars. I need a coffee fix in the morning, but I start work at 07:15 so imagine my suprise when I walk in at 07:00 and try to get a coffee only to find out that the coffee machine is just been turned on. Hence NO Coffee!!!
