KAZUO Village — Hotel in Xã Lộc Tân

I have mixed feelings about this place, as the check-in experience left much to be desired. I attempted to contact the property in advance via Zalo and several phone numbers listed on Google Maps and Agoda but received no response. Upon arrival, nobody was present, and I had to make several calls to reach someone. The owners, who do not speak English, initially did not seem to understand the situation. After 10 minutes, they responded on Zalo, and following a video call, they realized we were at their villa. The manager arrived 20 minutes later to let us in.

Unfortunately, the villa was unprepared: the beds were not made, the floors were dirty, dishes were unwashed, and there were no towels, shampoo, shower gel, or toilet paper. The water tank was also leaking. The check-in process, including preparing the villa, took about an hour.

On the positive side, the manager was highly professional, addressing all our concerns promptly. He made the beds, brought towels, provided firewood, prepared the grill, and even brought fruits and vegetables.

The villa itself is a mix of positives and negatives:

Negatives: Cheap plastic dishes and glasses, no forks No basic toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) No towels or toilet paper

As an apology, the owners offered a free breakfast, but the limited options (e.g., basic noodles and soup) felt inadequate for a 2.8M VND booking for seven people for a night.

Overall, while the villa has some good facilities and a helpful manager, the lack of preparation and basic amenities made the stay less comfortable...

Mình đặt villa chỉ trước 5 ngày vào dịp lễ 2-9. Tuy nhiên may quá còn phòng, villa rất tiện nghi, 3 phòng ngủ 2 phòng tắm - wc. Villa tạo cảm giác như nhà ở, không sang trọng nhưng cũng thơ mộng, thanh bình. Anh quản gia nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ mỗi ngày còn cho bơ đem về nữa. Bảo Lộc lần này đi rất thú vị, nếu cần không khí se lạnh & thiên nhiên thì nơi đây cũng có. Mình được trải nghiệm cảm giác mới lạ khi chèo thuyền ở Hồ Ngọc, có nước xanh mây trắng núi non hùng vĩ. Tóm lại 10 điểm...
